Scale Remover

Acid blend with corrosion inhibitor & accelerator for removing water scale/rust scale in boilers, condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, calorifiers, etc.; also for sea-water side coolers and diesel engine cooling systems.

Application Guide

1. If oil/grease is present, clean first with degreaser (~5% at 60°C).
2. Circulation method: add ~10% solution; circulate 2–36 h depending on scale load; add fresh solution if saturated (≤2 additions).
3. After descaling, drain, rinse, then perform neutralization step.

Notes

• Soaking method also applicable with agitation; same concentrations.

Storage

Store in cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Close container when not in use.

Keep out of reach of children. If contact with eyes, rinse with water. If swallowed, drink water or milk and seek medical help.
